Our aim; Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the shared persons, legal reasons and your rights.

1. a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; It will be collected and processed within the scope described below by Arzusoft Bilişim (“COMPANY”) as the data controller.

1. b) For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed

Identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information and marketing by the COMPANY from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners, website and store visitors and suppliers. – Completing accounting transactions; to issue invoices and in some cases to perform current account and reconciliation transactions,

– Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction, complaint management, receiving your opinions and suggestions about new services and products, receiving your problem-error notifications, informing you about your complaints and requests regarding products and services,

- Comparative product and/or service offer, modelling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, to be used in all kinds of products and services to be offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation regulating the works written in the COMPANY's articles of association,

– To comply with the information retention, reporting and information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations of the COMPANY regarding the use of these services,

– In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of the COMPANY; Managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (demand, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations and legal operations carried out by the COMPANY,

– To examine, evaluate and respond to requests from official authorities or you,

will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

1. c) To whom and for what purpose the Processed Personal Data can be transferred

Your collected personal data; limited to the realization of the above-mentioned purposes;

– To the business partners, shareholders, affiliates of the COMPANY,

– Persons or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations and other legislation,

– Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,

- Real or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations, with whom we receive services and cooperate in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and realization of the above-mentioned purposes, institutions and organizations with which we have an agreement to send the messages we send to our customers, and courier companies that deliver the orders given from our online store to you. It can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

ç) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data, especially through channels such as our company, website and mobile application, call centers, social media accounts, verbally, in writing or electronically or other channels that may/may be established in the future;

It is mandatory by the COMPANY for the purposes stated above within the framework of the legal legislation and for the performance of the contract, if it is expressly stipulated in the law, for your personal data to be made public by you, for the establishment, use or protection of the right to be granted to you; It is collected in a way that will not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, limited to the existence of legal reasons and the existence of similar legal reasons for the COMPANY's legitimate interests and legal obligations to be fulfilled.

1. d) Storage of Your Private Personal Data

According to the KVK Law; Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, and Special Quality Personal Data is the race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other belief, disguise and dress, association, foundation or union membership, data on his health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures; includes biometric and genetic data.

Your personal data of special nature is processed within the scope of the relevant law, without the distinction of customer or employee, and in cases stipulated by the laws, with the explicit consent of the data owner.

1. e) Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

By applying to the COMPANY, you can request the following:

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

Your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights, in Turkish and in written form or in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018, numbered 30356, or registered e-mail (KEP) address, You can send it by using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system.

1. f) Circumstances Excluded from the Rights of Personal Data Owners as per the Legislation

Pursuant to Article 28 of the KVK Law, you will not be able to assert your rights in the following matters, since the following situations are not within the scope of the KVK Law:

(1) Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that they do not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or constitute a crime.

(2) Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by anonymizing them with official statistics.

(3) Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order or economic security.

(4) Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or execution authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution, trial or execution proceedings.

Pursuant to article 28/2 of the KVK Law; In the following cases, you will not be able to assert any other rights, except to demand compensation for the damage:

(1) The processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or for criminal investigation.

(2) Processing of personal data made public by the personal data owner.

(3) If personal data processing is required by the authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions, for the execution of inspection or regulation duties and for disciplinary investigation or prosecution, based on the authority granted by the law.

(4) The processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the state with regard to budget, tax and financial matters.

1. g) Application to the COMPANY and Finalization of Applications

If you submit your requests regarding your personal data to the COMPANY in writing or by other methods determined by the KVK Board, the COMPANY, in its capacity as the data controller, requires that your request be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law. carries out the necessary processes to ensure Data owners should make their requests regarding their personal data in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

The application of the data owner; In cases where there is a possibility of impeding the rights and freedoms of other persons, requiring disproportionate effort, and the information is publicly available, the request may be rejected by the COMPANY by explaining the reason.

In case of conflict between the legislation in force on the protection and processing of personal data and this information text, Arzusoft Bilişim accepts that the legislation in force will find an area of application.
