Our quality policy

As Arzusoft Bilişim, we attach great importance to quality. We do all our work within this framework, and we take our steps in this direction. 
We can list the titles within the scope of our quality management policy as follows;

  • Gaining trust in the eyes of the customer by providing maximum attention, detailed work and trouble-free delivery from the beginning of the work to the delivery to the customer in software development, web design & e-commerce, corporate IT, 24/7 maintenance & service, computer and equipment sales, consultancy and training services.

  • To take it as a duty to develop solution-oriented, quality and correct services by considering customer needs.

  • Keeping the services provided up-to-date/sustainable by closely monitoring the developments in the IT sector and national legislation.

  • To set customer satisfaction as the first priority. Receiving continuous feedback within the framework of this priority and keeping communication channels open with the customer after the sale is completed.

  • To awaken the sense of belonging in the employees, to motivate them, to keep their technical knowledge up to date with training services and to meet their needs adequately within the framework of budgetary adequacy.

  • Setting realistic targets for all levels within the company, keeping the targets up-to-date and performing target achievement checks on a regular basis.
